All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the repair/ purchase date, items cannot be tampered with in anyway, or otherwise physically damaged. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to refuse any refund or return.
To return an item/ repair, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or come into the store at 187 Uxbridge Road W13 9AJ. All returns must be accompanied with proof of repair/ purchase. All returns must not be tampered with or in any way damaged.
Returns will be given to a member of staff in store accompanied by proof of purchase/ repair, we will then have 7 working days to authorize; a refund, store credit or repair the item if the warranty is still valid and has not been void for any reason.
Refunds are available for 7 days after the date of completion for repairs and 7 days after the date of purchase for products, if you wish to return anything past this date no refund will be permitted. Store credit is available for the length of the warranty period of any repairs or sales in store.
If this return process is not followed, we reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason.
The warranty period for any sale or repair is stated on the invoice, regardless of any other information given the warranty period that applies and that will be honoured will be the one stated on the invoice. If no warranty period is stated on the invoice, then the standard warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase or date of repair will apply.
No extended warranty will be available for any reason; warranty is not exchangeable or transferable.
Warranty void if: Warranty stickers removed, item is physically damaged, any signs of liquid damage for electrical products, any signs of tampering.
If fraud is attempted in regards to claiming warranty, we reserve the right to confiscate any items used in an attempted fraudulent claim as evidence for the police and to protect our rights and property. Any attempts made to circumvent, transfer, or otherwise abuse the warranty will be prosecuted.
